None of us actually owns the picture (the original owner being absent from DA), but I'll assume you've completed your special request and already provided credit.
Just for future reference to work by DuneTrekker (or any artist, really), so long as you provide proper credit and, if possible, a link to any art available on DA, it should be fine to use the artwork in a project so long as you do not 1) make profits from said artwork (even if the art is not the focus or is part of a larger project) 2) redistribute said artwork without permission/credit 3) disrespect, alter or abuse the artist/their work and any copyright they place on it.

I have yes and I'm aware of the rules, thank you. But what do I do if that person's account got deleted after getting permission to use their work for my request? I only ask this because this two troublemaker girls, SassyHonks and Claire-Cooper with the stick up their butts keep harassment me about rules. I overstepped the rules a bit and got in trouble. I feel terrible and apologize for using other people's artwork without permission after leave them note about it. But those two girls who are Lion King fans are stubborn. Cooper girl, I understand her meaning on uphold rule and respect of using other people's artwork on DA. But Sassy is nasty, foul-mouth lesbian girl, keeps making ideal threats not just to me, but will take down anyone accounts who don't respect the rules of DA which is not cool.
